MOUNDSVILLE, WV 26041 The year 2004 has started
off well for West Virginia School Of Preaching. Twelve full-time
students are enrolled. Though Henry Stewart graduated and left
us January 30, Joe Elrod of Pike, WV enrolled and began his studies
the beginning of the 3rd quarter on February 2. Plans are laid
for our "Victory" Lectureship next October. All speakers
have been invited and have accepted their invitations. The theme
is: God's Servants The Prophets. Three of our students, Preston
Mackell, Joe Elrod, and Dan Michell are receiving inadequate support,
mainly due to the small congregations from which they come and
the lack of acquaintances with a great number of brethren. All
are very deserving young men. Our financial base of supporters
is good and is improving. We need your continued financial support.
We covet your prayers, suggestions, and visits. Though I am new
on the job as director, all of our faculty remain the same. They
are all sound, godly men who hold to and teach the Bible. When
in this area be sure to come for a visit. Chapel begins at 8:30
A.M. daily. In Christ, Denver E. Cooper, P.O. Box 785 (888) 418-4573.
