You Will Not Fade From Our Memories

E. Russell King

On August 4th, Marian and I departed from West Union, WV, area, sadly leaving behind 25 years of pleasant work and association with the West Union congregation. This move was precipitated by mounting physical impairments that pointed toward a need for assistance in normal living.

We now reside in a modular unit placed adjacent to the residence of Ron and Carolyn King, our son and daughter-in-law, who already have rendered much assistance to us. We are located on Limestone Road, about one mile outside the city limits. Our address is Rt. 5, Box 310-A, Keyser, WV 26726. Our phone number is 304-788-0420. Our Internet service has not yet been established.

This has been a very traumatic experience in spite of having been showered with much love and emotional farewells by our beloved brethren at West Union, and in spite of being lovingly and enthusiastically received by our brethren in Cumberland, MD.

We wish to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation for ensuing inquiries concerning our well being, and most especially for the many cards, phone calls, and personal contacts from a host of individuals and many congregations relative to our observing our 60th wedding anniversary on October 11. We are amazed at the vast number of relatives, brethren, and friends who have honored us with their best wishes. You certainly will not fade from our precious memories.
