WALDORF, MD 20601 – After 15 wonderful years with the good church in Auburn Hills, Michigan, Sandra and I began our work with the congregation in Waldorf, Maryland on October 1. We are leaving Auburn Hills with four elders in place and a congregation at peace with both Spanish and Anglo members; it is a unique congregation we love dearly. We wish them well. We look forward to the challenges in Waldorf, Maryland. We do not presently have elders and we will be providing approximately 30% of our own support there, but we envision a productive work. The congregation allows me some time for meetings and lectureships. If we can serve in some capacity, please contact me. We can provide a portion of support in such efforts. Cell is 248-425-8169. Please renew my subscription for another year. We enjoy this fine paper and want to support it … -Richard M. Jones, Jr., 3903 Brewster Ct.

CLOVIS, NM 88102 - … We always enjoy the West Virginia paper and appreciate the firm stand for the truth … - Lucille Moss McBride, PO Box 2075.

(Editor’s note: Sister McBride is the daughter of our late brother Dennis L. Moss. Brother Moss was a prominent member and preacher in a protestant denomination for many years. He was always ready to receive the truth, as it became known to him. He obeyed the gospel and dedicated himself to helping to build up the undenominational church of Christ everywhere – and especially in our part of the country. I have made a commitment to properly honor the life and work of brother Moss in the writing of a book and am gathering what information I am able to gather for that goal. I continue to solicit information which our reader’s may have concerning the effective work brother Moss did in West Virginia and in the surrounding states. If any of our readers can share their experiences and information, please contact me through the address of the paper.)
