Talking to people throughout the region of my travels over the last fifteen to twenty years, I have found people involved in almost every kind of religious ritual and organization imaginable. Some pick up the serpents; some talk in unknown tongues; some practice nudity. We can read about a church in Texas that caters to homosexuals. That's right! Homosexuals are what makes up their family that they call the church. They claim they have been born again but still claim to be homosexuals. What's the matter? Everything is the matter.

My Bible tells me that stealing is a sin. My Bible tells me that lying is a sin. My Bible tells me that homosexuality is a sin. Genesis, 19th chapter. So, if we walk hand-in-hand with Jesus, we must obey His word. He that stole, steal no more! Ephesians 4:28; He that lied, lie no more! 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12; He that is homosexual must give up his sinful practice, or it is impossible for him to walk in the light because he is walking in darkness! Genesis, 19th chapter.

Some characteristics of the true Church, the Church Jesus purchased with His own blood, are as follows: Started in Jerusalem in 33 A.D. Built by Jesus Christ Himself, Matthew 16:18-19. "Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church." Fulfilling of prophecy (Isaiah 2:2, 3; Daniel 2:32-45). Daniel 2:44 "And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed." Church called the Kingdom (Daniel 2:44), called Body (Ephesians 1:22-23), Church of Christ (Romans 16:16), House of God (1 Timothy 3:15).

The Lord adds to His Church those who obey His commands as follows: Hear God's word - Romans 10:17; Believe God's word - John 8:24; Repent of past sins - Acts 17:30; Confess Christ to be God's Son - Acts 8:37; Baptized for remission of sins - Acts 22:16.

Now that we are in the church, if we live faithful unto death, God, who cannot lie, has promised us a crown of life. Revelation 2:10.

Be fair to yourself and to all those who love you. Look up your church - when it came into existence and, if it came after 33 A.D., brother you are not in the Lord's Church but in a man-made institution and can't possibly be saved.

Jesus said, in Matthew 15:13, "Every plant which my heavenly father hath not planted, shall be rooted up."

Come out of that man-made church before Christ comes back and roots you up and casts you into hell!

We, in the Lord's Church, want people to come out from all man-made churches and come back to the Bible. Let the Bible be the only creed and authority that governs the One True Church.
