RIVESVILLE, WV 26588 The ladies from the Pumpkin
Center and Daybrook churches of Christ will be hosting a Ladies
Day on April 21. The theme of the program will be "Vessels."
Speakers will be Janie Gallagher (Vessels of Clay), and Rose Carpenter
(What Are You Filled With?). Janie and Rose attend the Oakwood
Road church of Christ. Registration begins at 9:30 AM, followed

I must notify you of my father's passing. Raymond W. Fetty entered
into his final reward on November 28, 2006 ... He was a member
of the Eastside church of Christ. With tears in my eyes, I'm reminded
of David of long ago. (2nd Sam. 12:23) ... "I shall go to
him, but he shall not return to me." It behooves me to remain

VINCENT, OH 45784-5578 ... Things are going well
at the Barlow-Vincent church of Christ; we are running in the
60's in attendance, and our building is being finished gradually
as we get time and money. We have been meeting in it since October,
and it is very serviceable. We are having a "round robin"
meeting the week of April 16 Monday at Barlow-Vincent, Tuesday
at Hickory Hills, Thursday at Little Hocking, and Friday at Blackburn
Hills in Athens ... I am having physical therapy and epidural
shots in my neck vertebra for cervical stenosis, spurs, and disk
displacement throughout March (in lieu of major surgery at this

CRUM, WV 25669 Dewey and Dorothy Gunnoe were very
faithful and strong in the Lord. They were very hospitable and
encouragers to gospel preachers. They kept the work at Montcoal
(WV) going until they both became too sick to attend services
... Just returned from a good meeting at Lake City, TN. Good crowds.
Two Baptist preachers and a Church of God preacher present one
night. I have a meeting scheduled at Madison, WV April 8-12, and
at Fort Gay, WV April 27-29. We will have our meeting at Crum
May 6-10 with Rick Tincher and Tim Mefford preaching. James Farley,

SALEM, WV 26426 We have just completed a wonderful
Gospel Meeting with John Brown of Flatwoods, Ky preaching the
gospel in a powerful way. Our small building was almost full at
every service. Many from our community who are not members attended.
Cody Ash was baptized into Christ and three members responded
to the invitation, confessing sin and requesting the prayers of
