SCOTT DEPOT, WV 25560 Following 26 years with the Winfield church, I have retired. Sunday, Peggy and I placed membership with the Pine Grove church. We live about one mile from this good church and I preached there for several years. In fact, Peggy and I attended there during our youth. Thank you for giving so many an opportunity to teach God's Word by way of W.Va. Christian. May God continue to bless you in your work for the Lord. George Erwin, 111 Heather Ct.

HUTTONSVILLE, WV 26273 - ... The prison ministry here at HCC is going well. There were two more baptized into Christ three weeks ago. I am enclosing two names at the end of ones that would like a subscription of the WVC. My plans are to be transferred to St. Marys around April 1st. I hope to help get a prison ministry started there. The church is stronger in the Parkersburg area and, hopefully, someone will want to reach out to those in darkness. (Matthew 25:36). I think of you and your family often and continually keep all of you and your work in my prayers. When we plant the seed with love, God will give the increase! Things are well with me and my family and I can see the Lord working in our lives! "He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think!" -Dennis Burch 24333, HCC PO Box 1.

EAST POINT, GA 30344 - ... I hope and pray that your new year is going well. I continue to pray for all. Thank you! -Ray Jackson, 1068 Jefferson Ave.

GRAFTON, WV 26354 We just completed a singing workshop with brother Tommy Tucker here at Wilson Ridge. Just let me say that it was a huge success! Brother Tucker had 9 song leaders sign up from the congregation here ranging from those that had never led singing before to one that had been leading for over forty years. With his structured and very well organized approach, brother Tucker was able to challenge each song leader, leaving each of them with a newfound confidence and a challenge in their service to the Lord. A huge bonus to the song workshop was the way that brother Tucker incorporated the entire congregation, getting them to participate throughout each of the training sessions. He both invited and welcomed their participation which helped the congregation learn what the song leaders were doing and why, thus helping to establish a communication between the song leader and the congregation like we have never had before. I sincerely encourage anyone looking for someone to help with their song leaders and/or congregational singing to get in touch with brother Tucker. You will be blessed by it. Bobby Jennings, Route 3, Box 282.
